BREAKFAST BANANA PROTEIN MUFFIN (makes 14)
INGREDIENTS
- 3 scoops NUTRITECH Premium Whey Protein; cinnabomb, cookies and cream or vanilla flavour
- 3 bananas
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce (home-made
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 1 NUTRITECH strawberry protein and oats bar (cut into pieces)
- ¼ cup Nuway original flavoured ground oats
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Mash bananas in a bowl
- Add remaining ingredients down to cranberries and lastly stir in the dried cranberries
- Spray a muffin tin
- Fill each muffin tin well to the top
- Sprinkle some oats on top of each muffin
- Bake for 18-20 minutes
