I dont struggle to fall asleep but I was struggling with restless sleep and waking throughout the night and not being able to fall asleep again, so was getting very little sleep. I tried this sleep pack and have much better sleep when I take it before bed. It does not help you fall asleep SO DONT EXPECT that...it will not knock you out. What it does is allows you to sleep deeper and stay asleep if you struggle with broken sleep. The nights I forget to take my sleep pack, I'm right back to waking at 1, 2, 3am. So i know it works for me personally. Maybe not for everyone, depending on the root cause of your sleep disturbances. If your problem is actually falling asleep, this likely wont help for you.
