Due to being in a wheelchair and housebound most of the time, I do not experience the outdoor sun. My medical doctor recommended I take vitamin D3 as a health suppliment, and I chose this product. Excellent results. My last blood tests revealed my level of vitamin D to be normal. I highly recommend this product for anyone who does not enjoy regular exposure in the sun outdoors.
