Just received the product today .The gummies are simply delicious like candy.Hope that it provides all the vitamins I need . I have a problem swallowing the huge vitamin capsules so this is a perfect option for people with similar issues.

I have only used the multi vitamins for 6 days with the omega 369 capsules and my nails have doubled in hardness, they were super soft before I began using it and wow the results. I also feel a lot better and more energetic.
