I’ve been using the Vitatech omega 3 supplement for the last few months and I feel like it’s been working great. I get my daily recommended amount of omega 3 every day when taking this supplement. Another thing is that this supplement has both DHA and EPA included is great because I feel like I’m getting a full spectrum of my omegas from this supplement. Another great thing about this product is that it’s affordable for a supplement that packs such a punch.

This product is affordable and works very well on reduced inflammation and brain function, it has no fishy aftertaste and is easily digestable
