I used to suffer with terrible IBS symptoms after surgery in 2021. Eating certain foods use to just trigger these cramps bloating and pain. I used to take it everyday but now I take it after certain meals that I know ill trigger the IBS like a pasta dish and absolutely no pains or cramps , its like normal 🙂
